In this 30-minute Yin class, we profoundly open the hips and low back. Yin is a style of yoga in which poses are held for 3 – 5 minutes as opposed to 3 – 5 breaths in order to for our interconnective tissue to truly rehydrate and restore. Everyone (including active athletes) can benefit from this style of yoga. It’s harder than it looks!
