200 plus rep interval yoga HIIT class
core, legs, upper body strength
This is a strong class. A lot of jumping:
plank jumps, long jumps, handstand jumps, squat jumps, lunges, back lunges, cross lunges, chairs, etc
Let me know if you have any thoughts, questions, suggestions.
I still prefer the voice over classes as it can add ambiance to the class but I will continue mixing it up and do 50/50 voice over to real time talk.
