Hi! I’m Ysmay!

I’ve been chronically ill since I was 7 years old. I suffer from a nervous system and cardiac disorder, and traditional medicine failed me. I even suffered through failed heart surgery.

I thought I was doomed to a life of struggle.

But, in 2012 I got sick and tired of being sick and tired. I embarked on a mission to transform my life and wellness.

And transform I did. 

Through the power of yoga, meditation, and a holistic eating plan, I have all but cured my disorder. I went off all my medications, and I am finally able to live life on my terms. 

I packaged up everything I do into a unique lifestyle practice called Sūvata.
